Memberships in the Current System

  • George demonstrated how a new member is created.
  • There are a very large number of membership categories.
  • Once approved, a new member is automatically transferred to both BRS and Golf Genius.


Door Access Control

  • Doors and access rights can also be managed through WisePlatform if the existing door controllers are replaced with WiseNetwork controllers.
  • Doors could be accessed using either a PIN code or the WisePlatformGolf mobile application.
  • Number plate recognition has not previously been used at golf courses in Finland, but we are investigating the possibility of supporting this technology.

Membership Applications

  • Customers can complete an application form directly on the website, and the information is automatically saved in the CRM.
  • An automatic confirmation message can be sent to both the customer and the club office.


Memberships / Contracts

  • In WisePlatform, memberships are managed using the contract tool.
  • Billable products and the selected customer are added to the contract.
  • Activating the contract automatically grants the member the relevant booking rights, access rights, tags and roles.
  • Billing frequency can be defined separately for each contract.
  • According to Fulwell, the term “contract” may not necessarily be the most appropriate term, particularly when communicating with customers.


Invoicing

  • Fulwell requested the possibility of adding a more personalised message alongside an invoice.
  • Communication can be automated through AMS before the actual invoice is sent.


Tee Time Booking

  • A clearer editor was requested, allowing all rules for a particular category to be configured within a single view.
  • The tee sheet needs to respond automatically to changes in sunrise and sunset times during the winter season.
  • The “2-tee start” feature was not considered relevant for Fulwell, although the feature is expected to be completed in the near future.
  • A solution is needed for managing public holidays and other exceptions, allowing rules covering multiple consecutive days to be created easily.
  • Overseas Members and other members with restricted booking rights can be managed through packages of booking rights.


Competition Integration

  • Discussions with GolfBox and Golf Genius are still ongoing.
  • Licensing issues and England Golf-related challenges concerning the WHS system may affect the implementation timeline.
