Tee Sheet and booking rules

To log in to the tee sheet, go to https://devapp.wisegolf.fi/.

  1. Click “Next”.
  2. Under “Select the club you are a member of”, select “UK Golf Demo”.
  3. Use the same email address and password as you use to log in to admin.ukgolfdemo.fi and cms.ukgolfdemo.fi.
  4. Once you are logged in, click “Make a reservation”.
  5. Select “18 holes”.
  6. You can now make reservations and test the different tee sheet features.

Tee Sheet and Reservation Product

Product

In WisePlatform, the tee sheet is essentially a product. A price is defined for the product, and the customer can either pay online when making the reservation or pay later at the club.

Basic Product Settings

The basic product settings are used to define product price, VAT and accounting account

Please note that the accounting settings have not yet been configured for the UK Golf Demo, so the correct VAT categories and accounting accounts are currently missing.


Price settings

Variable green fee prices can be configured under the Reservation Price Settings tab:

This allows you to define different prices for different circumstances.

This is not a dynamic pricing tool. Instead, it can be used to configure predefined price variations, for example:

  • Different prices for weekends
  • Lower prices during quieter periods
  • Different prices for specific times of day

Booking rules

The Reservation Settings tab is where all other reservation-related settings are configured:

Some of the key rule types include:

  • Calendar visibility opening – defines when reservations become visible/open for booking
  • Calendar visibility days – defines how far into the future reservations are visible
  • Rush hours – defines specific periods with different reservation rules
  • Ten card – settings related to 10-round cards
  • Play right – defines which playing rights can be used for the product
  • Handicap limit – defines handicap restrictions for reservations
  • Active reservations – defines how many active reservations a player can have
  • Guest price – defines the price charged when a member books a guest
